Enjoy guided meditation, shared healing sessions, and Community. If you are Reiki-attuned, you will “tune-up” your energy.

Please bring your water bottle and a journal if you wish to track your meditation experience. Chairs and yoga mats are available; feel free to bring whatever else you need for comfort.

We love children and due to the quiet nature of this experience, we ask that littles under the age of 13 refrain from attending.
